Practices are now required to initiate the Friends and Family Test as part of their contract with NHS England. The aim is to give patients an opportunity to give feedback to the practice on their visit to the surgery. Feedback can be good or bad. This is a short 2 question survey.
Slips can be found on reception desk and you can complete one and place this in the box for anonoymous feedback. You are under no obligation to do this. We will publish these results on this page and will display them in the surgery.
